From Boston, Northeast and North Shore: Take the best route into Boston to Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive to Fenway Exit (off ramp to Kenmore Square). At traffic lights, keep to right, and follow Boylston St. outbound. At intersection of Brookline Avenue, bear to the left onto Brookline Ave. Continue on Brookline Ave. and follow signs to the Riverway. Get on Riverway (Route 1) and travel to the Jamaicaway and turn left at Kelly's Circle into Rotary to cross on to Centre Street (traffic lights)-. Drive towards Monument and turn left to continue on Centre Street. Thomas St. intersects Centre St. at Fire Station with a Dunkin Dounuts on the corner. Turn on Thomas and make a right turn into the Municipal Parking Lot. Note: If you go passed Arnold Arboretum you've gone too far and will need to turn back.

From North of Boston: take Route 1 or 93 south to Boston, follow Route1 along Charles River, turning off Storrow Drive to follow Route 1 south to Jamaica Pond. At first roundabout past Jamaica Pond, continue on toward Centre street.

From Newton or Brookline: take Route 9 to Chestnut Hill Mall, take Hammond Pond Parkway past golf course, turning left onto Newton Street. Follow Newton Street to Pond Street, arriving at Route 1 (Arborway). Head toward Centre street.

From Dedham, West Roxbury, Roslindale: take Route 1 north to Jamaica Pond. Just as you arrive at Jamaica Pond, head toward Centre street.

From Dorchester: take Morton Street (Route 203) past Forest Hills to the rotary at the Arboretum. Take Route 1 north (Jamaicaway) about 1 mile, turn right onto Centre street.
